4.2 Prices may be changed at any time, but the price displayed at checkout will be the final price charged for your order.

4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.


5. ORDERING & CONTRACT

5.1 Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

5.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment authorization fails

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded in full.


6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.


7. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Tackmore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward returns process under the conditions below.

7.1 Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused


7.2 How to Initiate a Return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.


7.3 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of postage

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


7.4 Refunds

7.4.1 Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping costs.

7.4.2 You must inform us whether you would like your refund to be:

  • Returned to your original payment method / bank account, or

  • Issued as store credit on your Tackmore customer account

7.4.3 If requesting a bank transfer refund, please provide:

  • Your IBAN

  • Your bank’s SWIFT/BIC code

7.4.4 Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to process your return and issue the refund once the item has been received.


7.5 Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product:

  • Please return the original item for a refund, and

  • Place a new order online at www.tackmore.com


8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
